Jiguur Labs LLC (“Jiguur Labs”, “we”, “us”) builds an AI assistant that answers customer messages on behalf of businesses on Facebook Messenger. This policy explains what data we handle, why, how long we keep it, and how anyone can request deletion.
In one line: we process the messages a customer sends to a connected business Page so an AI assistant can reply and, where relevant, note contact details the customer chooses to share. We do not sell personal data, and we delete it on request.
1.Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people who message a Facebook Page that uses Jiguur Labs (“customers”), and to the businesses that connect their Page to our service (“clients”). Jiguur Labs acts as a data processor on behalf of each client for the customer data described below.
2.What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer a message and pass a lead to the business. This includes:

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (such as health, financial account numbers, or government IDs), and our assistant is instructed never to request them.
3.How we use it
- Reply to messages sent to the connected Page, 24/7.
- Recognise a returning customer and continue an existing conversation.
- Record a lead (name and phone) when the customer chooses to share it, so the business can follow up.
- Produce aggregate weekly summaries for the business (for example, how many questions were asked).
We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4.Service providers we share data with
To operate the service we rely on the following processors. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

5.How long we keep it
- Conversation memory (summary, tags) is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
- All data for a client is deleted within 30 days of that client ending their agreement with us.
- Individual deletion requests are honoured as described below.
6.How to delete your data
To request deletion of the data associated with your conversation, email hello@jiguur.ai from the account you used, or include the name of the Page you messaged. We will confirm and permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
You can also stop all data collection at any time by ceasing to message the Page and by removing the conversation in Messenger.
7.Security
Access to stored data is restricted, each client’s data is isolated, and credentials are kept out of our source code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold.
8.Children
Our service is for businesses and their adult customers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9.Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
